Privately owned oil pipeline belonging to the Caracara Association, of which Ecopetrol S.A. and Cedco (Colombia Energy Development Co) are partners.
The pipeline is designed to transport specified hydrocarbons from the Jaguar Station (Puerto Gaitán, Meta) to the Santiago Station (Maní, Casanare), the latter operated by CENIT. The estimated length of the pipeline is 78.87 km, of which approximately 22 km are located within the department of Meta, in the municipality of Puerto Gaitán, on the southern slope of the Meta River, and the remaining 56.8 km are located within the municipality of Maní, department of Casanare, on the slope of the Meta River. Additionally, the pipeline has tank truck loading and receiving facilities at the Maní Station, located 500 meters from the Santiago Station.
Colombia SierraCol Energy (Cedco), in its capacity as operator of the Caracara Association, submitted to the Directorate of Hydrocarbons the document "Supporting Documentation for Calculating the Tariff for the Tariff Period between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2023," in accordance with the provisions of Resolution 72146 of 2014 issued by the Ministry of Mines and Energy (see annex). The Ministry of Mines and Energy, through Resolution No. 31167 of 2019, established the transportation tariff for the Jaguar-Santiago Pipeline for the period 2019–2023.
Based on the provisions of Resolution 72146 of May 7, 2014, the transportation rate of the Jaguar - Santiago Pipeline was adjusted, which applies from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, and is $0.2545 USD/BBL.

The following is the Transporter Manual for the Jaguar - Santiago Pipeline owned by the Caracara Association, an operation managed by Cedco.

Currently, there are no plans for expansion projects or infrastructure changes to this system that could affect the pipeline's design capacity in the coming years.
