We are a material, full-cycle oil and gas exploration and production company, with headquarters in Bogotá, Colombia, and operations in conventional onshore oil assets in the Llanos, Middle Magdalena and Putumayo basins.
In December 2020, we became a standalone independent company, by acquiring the onshore assets and operations of Occidental Petroleum Corporation in Colombia.
Our strategy is to maintain our long-dated track record of stable production and cash generation, while sustainably growing free cash flow over time by developing efficiently our significant base of reserves and resources. We leverage on our structurally advantaged assets due to scale, high-quality oil and low transportation costs.
