Privately owned oil pipeline belonging to Cedco (Colombia Energy Development Co).
The pipeline begins at the former Guarimena Station and ends at the Santiago Station. It is 45 km long and has a diameter of 6 inches in the main line. Its route runs from east to west, within the municipality of Maní, crossing the rural communities of Santa Helena, Santa María, La Guinea, Chavinabe, Macuco, and Belgrado. At kilometer 23 + 500, two lines meet: one for incoming crude oil and another for outgoing crude oil to and from the Paloblanco Station, spanning approximately 4 km. From there, the second section begins, running from the Paloblanco Station to the Santiago Station.
Colombia Energy Development Co. (CEDCO) submitted the supporting documentation for calculating the tariff to the Directorate of Hydrocarbons, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Mines and Energy in resolutions 124386, 124547, and 124663 of 2010. The tariff for the period from July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2015, was set at $0.50 USD/BBL.
The following is the Transporter Manual for the Guarimena-Santiago Oil Pipeline, an operation managed by Colombia Energy Development Co.

Currently, there are no plans for expansion projects or infrastructure changes to this system that could affect the pipeline's design capacity in the coming years.
